At Intellifed, we always consider the environmental impact of our engineering designs. Power consumption, heat dissipation, and material content (i.e. lead, mercury, etc.) are a few of the factors that we evaluate when selecting components for our designs. Employing these design rules benefits our customers by reducing operating costs in the form of power consumption and cooling requirements (i.e. carbon footprint) and reducing or eliminating the environmental impact disposal fees associated with toxic materials contained within computing equipment. The bottom line is a winning situation for the government, the tax payers, and the environment.
